WELCOME
Welcome to the website of The
Homestead Bed and Breakfast, a seventeenth century thatched cottage
near the heart of Ringwood on the edge of the New Forest. Our B&B
offers two en suite double rooms. Full details of these can be found
using the menu buttons on the left of the page. The Homestead is an old
property so there are height restrictions in places. People with
limited mobility are advised to book the downstairs room (Bedroom 2) as
the access to the upstairs room is an original but uneven short wooden
staircase.
There are two private parking spaces for visitors. Storage space can be provided for bicycles, fishing rods, etc.
Wireless internet access is available free on request. Babies in travel cots are welcome here.
Guests are free to sit and relax
in the garden of this lovely cottage. Facilities are provided for
smoking in the garden. (The inside of the cottage is a smoke free
environment)
Sorry, we are unable to accept pets as we have two nervous cats but we
will do our best to accommodate assistance dogs.
Ringwood town centre, with its
traditional market, shops, cafes, pubs, and restaurants, is about 5
minutes walk away. There is an excellent choice of places to eat. Alternatively, guests may purchase
meals from a wide variety of take-aways in the town to eat in their
bedroom or the breakfast room.
